Yapsody offers a convenient and efficient solution for event attendees check-in with the YapScan app for iOS devices, exclusively designed for Yapsody presenters. This user-friendly app allows you to easily validate and manage attendees at your event site.

With the YapScan app, you have multiple options for validating attendees - scan e-ticket QR codes, enter names manually, enter e-ticket numbers manually, or use gestures to scroll through your attendee list. This flexibility ensures a seamless check-in experience for you and your staff.

One of the key features of the YapScan app is its real-time synchronization between your mobile devices and Yapsody servers. This prevents the same ticket from being used at multiple entry points and ensures that last-minute sales will validate regardless of the time or place of purchase.
