Yapsody offers a convenient and efficient solution for event attendees check-in with the YapScan app for iOS devices, exclusively designed for Yapsody presenters. This user-friendly app allows you to easily validate and manage attendees at your event site.

With the YapScan app, you have multiple options for validating attendees - scan e-ticket QR codes, enter names manually, enter e-ticket numbers manually, or use gestures to scroll through your attendee list. This flexibility ensures a seamless check-in experience for you and your staff.

One of the key features of the YapScan app is its real-time synchronization between your mobile devices and Yapsody servers. This prevents the same ticket from being used at multiple entry points and ensures that last-minute sales will validate regardless of the time or place of purchase.

Here are some notable features of the YapScan app:

 <li>Effortlessly validate attendees using your mobile device's camera to scan e-ticket QR codes, manually entering their names or e-ticket numbers, or by scrolling through the attendee list on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch.</li>
 <li>Automatic synchronization between mobile devices and Yapsody servers ensures that each device always has the latest ticket status.</li>
 <li>View attendance statistics conveniently on your Apple device.</li>
 <li>Grant scan permissions for your event staff online on an individual basis, with separate login credentials for each staff member.</li>
 <li>Assign separate permissions for "unscanning" tickets, giving you control over which staff members can perform this function.</li>
 <li>Customize scanning access to specific events for each staff member.</li>
 <li>For events allowing multiple entries per ticket, set the exact number of scans/check-ins allowed online.</li>
 <li>Enable alerts for specific ticket types, such as Student tickets, which will prompt your entry staff to check for student IDs.</li>
 <li>Define the start time for ticket scanning to ensure a smooth check-in process.</li>
 <li>Download all ticket data to your mobile device, allowing you to continue scanning even without an internet connection. The YapScan app will automatically synchronize with the Yapsody servers as soon as the connection is restored.</li>
 <li>Optimize your ticket scanning experience by using compatible third party hardware laser scanners from Infinea Linea Series, Socket Scanner Series, and Honeywell Captuvo Series.</li>
